Strategy game
A first strategy game for young pirates.
In the Pirates card game, you collect a full family in one colour: a pirate, a ship, a map, a parrot, a hook and a treasure chest. On your turn, take one card from the pile and show it to everyone.
This strategy card game for kids aged 5 and up is all about choices. Three Coin cards buy the card you’re missing from another player, and they have to sell. But watch out: a Bomb card costs you one of your own cards.
Strategy game
Shuffle the cards and place them face down in a pile. The youngest player starts: on your turn, take one card and show it to everyone.

Keep Family cards for your set. Three Coin cards buy a Family card from another player, instead of taking a card that turn. A Bomb card costs you one of your cards.

The first player to collect the pirate, ship, map, parrot, hook and treasure chest in the same colour wins.

Good reasons

Pirate, ship, map, parrot, hook and treasure chest in one colour.
Save up three coins and buy the card you need. Nobody can refuse.
Nobody is safe: even the player in the lead can lose a card.
Ages 5 and up. The rules are quick to learn, and the choices get smarter with every round.
Two to four.
The game ends when a player collects all six Family cards in the same colour: a pirate, a ship, a map, a parrot, a hook and a treasure chest. The colours are yellow, blue, green and red.
You keep them. Once you have three, you can buy one Family card from another player. They have to sell, and they get the three Coin cards. When you buy a card, you don’t take a card from the pile that turn.
52 round playing cards: 24 Family cards, 21 Coin cards and 7 Bomb cards, plus English instructions.
