3. Hosting, recipients and international transfers
The site is hosted and secured by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare routes requests through its global network and may process limited traffic and security data, usually including IP addresses, in the United States, Europe and other locations. For customer logs Cloudflare acts as our processor; it may process certain network and abuse-prevention data for its own stated purposes.
Cloudflare’s customer data-processing terms incorporate the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where they are required. We disclose information to authorities or professional advisers only where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
4. Retention
We do not maintain a visitor-profile or analytics database. Your cookie choice lasts 180 days. The optional country preference is used only within that period. At expiry both entries are removed on your next visit and we ask again. Withdrawing consent deletes the country preference immediately. You can also clear website data in your browser at any time. Cloudflare keeps technical and security data only for the periods applicable to the relevant service and security purpose. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer the request, manage the business relationship and meet applicable accounting, dispute or legal-retention duties; it is then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies & local storage
No analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts, pictures and videos are served directly by this website. Amazon receives a request only when you follow an Amazon link.
Our small cookie notice offers “Only necessary” and “Remember my country” with equal prominence. Country preferences stay off unless you actively agree. Both country versions, videos and the game finder work without that consent.
imagiland_privacy: a necessary local-storage record that honours your cookie choice for 180 days. It contains the decision, timestamp and notice version, not a visitor identifier.imagiland_lang: an optional country preference, saved only with consent. It is read only while that cookie choice remains valid. Refusing or withdrawing consent deletes it; expiry removes it on your next visit.
